This is the hardest constraint in the catalog, because fans and quality correlate. Spend most of the budget on one genuinely good starter and fill the other four from the cheapest end of the board. Balance matters more here than anywhere else: a cheap five that fits together beats a cheap five of mismatched parts.
Every challenge is scored on the season, not the draft — finishing the roster is not a pass on its own. You get one attempt per day, and the board resets at midnight UTC.
